The latest fall trend is here: A men’s dress that costs 2,000 dollars

Nowadays, one of the most difficult things to follow it’s fashion and its new trends. There seems to be a new one almost every day. And don’t get me started on the bizarre display that goes on during fashion shows. I get that it is a type of art and expression, but it shouldn’t have the same name. I have never seen anyone walking around on the street wearing those crazy outfits.

But regardless of my opinion, fashion is a billion-dollar industry. Every year, clothing brands and designers are praised for their “innovating” and “re-inventing” creations.

Gucci, the clothing brand, is known for being hysterically expensive at times and for always trying to stick out.

Now Gucci has once again made people raise their eyebrows with their latest garment, a checkered dress – for men.

Do you have $2,000 lying around and want to look as trendy as possible this Fall?

Then Gucci has the perfect item for you.

A men’s dress against “toxic stereotypes”

On their website, Gucci presents the dress with a pair of blue jeans, a striped beanie, and a black shoulder bag.

With the dress, Gucci wants to “disrupt the toxic stereotypes that mold masculine gender identity.”

“Collective brain disorder

If you want to be the most fashionable among your friends, you need to cough up the cash. This unique men’s dress will be in your wardrobe for a moderate price of $2,000.

On its website, Gucci describes its dress as follows:

“Inspired by grunge looks from the ’90s, this tartan smock in delicate colors reflects the idea of fluidity. The contrast Peter Pan collar and smock embroidery on the front add a childhood inspired element.”

If you do not want the dress in orange, there is another variant, which is floral.

This version “only” costs $1,300.

Unsurprisingly, the dress has caused a great stir on social media.

“Future generations will look back to this time and think that we have all suffered from some kind of collective brain disorder,” wrote one user on Twitter.
