Most of us accept the way we look and focus on other things in life that we consider more important. But some people’s dreams involve standing out from the rest, leading them to change their appearance with the help of surgery.
22-year-old Gabriela Jirackova from the Czech Republic is one such personβshe spends thousands of dollars every month to look like a living Barbie doll.

Gabriela, a 22-year-old woman from Prague, Czechia, calls herself “The Human Barbie.” Her fixation with these dolls began during her childhood.
First operation at age 16
Today, Gabriela has over 300 dolls in her collection. However, at the age of 16, after having her lips filled for the first time, she started her journey to become a life-sized Barbie.
In 2018, she had her first breast augmentation, something she does not regret.
“I feel sexier now. I don’t know if I look more like Barbie, but I feel sexier. I’m definitely happier with bigger breasts,” Gabriela said, according to Metro.
Spends $1,000 a month
Thanks to her Barbie looks, Gabriela has become something of an internet celebrity. She has over 107,000 followers who receive daily updates showcasing the 22-year-old posing in skimpy clothes.
Much of Gabriela’s life revolves around her appearance, and every month she spends around $1,000 on her appearance.
“I spend three and a half hours everyday getting ready. This lifestyle isn’t easy at all. Maintaining my image is difficult in all its aspects, financially, physically and mentally too,” Gabriela told Barcroft, according to Metro.
Studies psychology
Although Gabriela has already had several operations, she sees no end to the plastic surgeries.
“It starts with little adjustments, like your hair and then you want more and more,” Gabriela said.
In addition to transforming into a Barbie, Gabriela is currently studying psychology and pedagogy at the University of Prague.
